Charity Open match 2021

This years Charity open match on Richardson organised by Roy Fiander and run on the day by Match Sec Roger Howe was in support of the Bradley unit in Woking that specialises in head trauma cases. The funds raised on the day by the 29 competitors plus funds from Roy's Curry night totalled £665 and was presented to Jim Tindal on behalf of the unit. Roy wanted to thank all the organisers and competitors for their time and generosity on the day, The match was won by Dave Steer with a weight of 38.7.0 from peg 10. Broadwater lake will re-open to members from first light on Monday the 2nd of August.

The lake has now stabilised after the storms last weekend and can safely be re-opened for angling.
