Cold rain and a blustery wind combined to make tricky conditions for the 12 juniors from Godalming and Petersfield who fished this match. Luckily conditions improved a bit towards the end and a few bigger fish were caught. Leading the way was Haydon on peg 3 who plugged away with small fish on worm boosted by a couple of late bream for 9lb 9oz. Marley on peg 1 was fishing his first match and did well to weigh in 7lb 10oz for second with Ralphie Shearer third on 6lb 13 from peg 5. Godalming beat Petersfield on points comfortably with 22 points to Petersfield's 35.
