Day
Ticket Rules and Match booking Guide

The Lakes are open all year other than Christmas Day.

Opening times are 7.30am to an hour before dusk.
(Closing time is as advertised on the lakes notice board). The fishery is
locked outside Day Ticket times so you must leave by closing time to avoid
being locked in.

Day tickets are available from the shop
-
There are tenants on the site who have entry keys. DO NOT BLOCK OR
OBSTRUCT ANY GATES OR ROADWAYS

An adult must accompany all juniors under the age of
10.

Day ticket parking is in the Main car park only.

Registered Disabled Anglers displaying a valid Blue Parking Permit may
drive around the lake but must NOT drive on the grass. You may unload
your tackle and take it to your swim then return to your car and park in
the nearest parking bay. Do not block the road

No keepnets other than in authorised competitions.

Landing nets and unhooking mats must be used.

ALL NETS AND UNHOOKING MATS MUST BE DIPPED BEFORE
FISHING.

Fishing from numbered swims only.

Lake closures for competitions and coaching sessions
are clearly marked on the notice board and on the Marsh Farm
website

A maximum of two rods may be used
-
All anglers must be in possession of a valid EA Rod Licence
-
No Tins allowed on the bank.
-
No Nut baits or Bloodworm & Joker.
-
All hooks larger than 14 to be Barbless, hooks 14 or
smaller may be micro barbed.

No litter, take your litter home.

No dogs allowed, unless guide dogs.

Transferring of fish from one lake to another is
STRICTLY forbidden; any offenders may be prosecuted by the Environment
Agency.

Please respect the fish, Waters and grounds at all
times during your visit.

Godalming Angling Society reserves the right to refuse
entry to the site.
Match Bookings and rules

Pease note ALL the
site rules apply equally to Day tickets and Match anglers and match
organisers will be issued with a copy of site rules on arrival. The site
rules are clearly displayed also on the car park notice board, and this
website.

All match bookings
to be made in advance via Godalming AS Match Sec Roger Howe 07970
099145. You can check availability on the Match booking calendar on the
website before phoning.

Please take care on
the number of pegs you are booking as you will be charged for that
number & not on how many anglers arrive on the day. However, if you
require additional pegs on the day & they are available you will be
charged accordingly

Match pegs are £4
each for 10 pegs or more, under 10 pegs normal £5 applies, all fees to
be paid at the shop on arrival.

ALL NETS MUST BE
DIPPED ON ARRIVAL.

Maximum duration of
matches to be six hours.
-
Anybody staying on
after the match or leaving during the match to fish another part of the
complex must buy a day ticket.

No tinned baits on
the bank please

Please use the
toilet facilities provided on site and respect the Fish, Wildlife, and
grounds at all time during your visit.
