(07-01-2006)  Very quiet on the whole but every now and then one of those willing to brave the cold at this time of year is rewarded with an occasional Crucian or big Tench. Hill Pond is fast becoming everyone's favourite haunt at this time of year. Probably because it is near the loos and the shop! Plus it was stocked a little heavier than the other two main lakes.

Numbers fishing have been steady at around 15 - 20 per day so there are plenty of pegs to choose between with 119 on the complex.
