BUSBRIDGE

August 2006 Busbridge still closed whilst the major work on the new overspill goes on. Once finished we will advise members by a note on the website Home page banner and word of mouth.
The new look car park will hopefully please all members as will the long awaited new gates made by our very own Hon. Secretary Malcolm Richardson. The locked padlock system will retun when we reopen but members are still required to ring in before fishing.

(07-01-2006)  Numbers fishing here have slowed dramatically and little news on either carp or Pike sizes or numbers. If anyone has some up to date info please drop me a line via the Webmaster link.

The carp boys are visiting here very regularly this season with more night tickets being issued than ever before which suggests to me that there are a few good carp coming out! Hopefully we'll get some pictures soon guys?

The monster tench (estimated at 10lbs) was unfortunately not weighed and so we'll never know just how big it was. Please do weigh big fish even if they are not what you were fishing for as it really helps us keep a check on fish stocks and growth.
