*IMPORTANT*   PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL APPLICANTS, INCLUDING JUNIORS BECOMING SENIORS, MUST ATTEND A WORK PARTY IN THE NEXT CLOSED SEASON - NO WORK PARTY DOCKET, NO FURTHER PERMIT.

You must enclose a C5 (9" x 6") self addressed envelope with a first class stamp for one membership.  Or for two memberships you must use a first class large letter stamp as under the Royal Mail pricing structure this then becomes a large letter greater than 5mm thick.
